THE SEAGULL

Set in the summertime on the lakeside estate of Pyotr Sorin, 'The Seagull' follows the artistic journeys of Konstantin, an ambitious young writer, and his lover Nina, an aspiring actress. Things change, however, when Konstantin's actress mother Irina Arkadina arrives with her lover Boris Trigorin, a famous writer and a longtime idol of Nina's. Considered one of the first great plays of the 20th century, 'The Seagull' is a comedic, heartbreaking tale of love, anguish, and what it means to be an artist.
